Saul Picker
Saul Picker is the Chief Operating Officer of Proverian Capital, LLC.
He joins the company from Lotter Actuarial Partners, where he was the Chief Technologist. At Lotter Actuarial Partners, Saul led the effort to build a complete administrative system for originators of life settlement policies.
Prior to joining Lotter Actuarial Partners, Saul was the Chief Operating Officer and a founding principal of Objecutive, Inc. (1998-2004). There he assembled from scratch and then managed a team of over 20 software developers. Saul built a specialty in providing software solutions to the insurance industry. He managed the development of a complete property and casualty administration system which was implemented for five different clients.
Prior to Objecutive, Saul worked for Unihold Systems and its affiliates (1992 – 1997).
Saul has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) Degree from the University of Witwatersrand where he majored in Business Information Systems and Accounting.
